What to Expect

If you’re new to therapy, you might not know what a session feels like, and that’s okay. Your first visit is simply a chance to get to know your provider, talk about what brought you here, and start building a plan that fits your needs.

Your First Session
  • We take time to listen
  • You’ll share what’s most important to you
  • Your provider will work with you to identify goals and next steps
Telehealth and In‑Person Options

We offer flexible appointment types to fit your needs, including evening appointments.

Insurance & Payment

We accept most major insurance plans and offer a private pay option.

Before your first appointment, our administrative team will verify your insurance benefits, so you have a clear understanding of your coverage, including any copays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs. We want you to feel informed and comfortable moving forward, without unexpected costs.

Payment (copays or self-pay fees) is typically due at the time of your session. If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits, and we can provide documentation to support reimbursement.

If you choose to pay out-of-pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care.

We understand that cost can be an important part of your decision. If you have any questions, our team is here to help guide you through your options.
